Welcome to the El Paso County Emergency Services District #2
ESD#2 New District Board Room
El Paso County ESD#2 is proud to announce that we finally have a designated Board Meeting Room. It is located adjacent to our district office in Clint Texas. The Board of Commissioners meet on the third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM. The Address is 100 S. San Elizario, Suite N. The public is always welcome to attend any meeting.

2013 Texas Transparency Gold Award Issued to EP County ESD2
ESD2 is committed to change. We have overhauled our regular policies and procedures as well as our financial protocols. One example of this commitment to change is being the second Emergency Service District in the State of Texas to be recognized by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts for achieving the 2013 Gold Leadership Circle Award.

EP County ESD #2 undergoes inspection by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection
The TCFP regulates our Fire Marshal's office. We are very pleased to report that no violations were noted during our inspection on 4/2/2013.

New Administrative Office now open
El Paso County ESD#2 now has an official office. It is located at 100 S. San Elizario Rd suite N in Clint TX. All ESD#2 business can be directed to this office. Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday 8 AM. - 5 PM. Closed on Saturday, Sunday, and on Holidays. Phone number is 915-851-0304

Positions on ESD2 Board have been filled
The three open positions of El Paso County ESD #2 have been filled effective Jan 1, 2013. William (Bill) Adler is returning to serve his 7th two year term, while Elvia Schuller and Mario Murillo have been appointed for their first two year term. This brings the board back up to 5.

ESD#2 Fire Marshal's Division
El Paso County ESD #2 now has three full time and two part time Fire Marshals. All businesses in El Paso County both new and existing will have to comply with the 2009 International Fire Code.
